Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including SaaS, Cloud, and Engineering positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid hiring for open positions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Seattle tech market and networking capabilities within the local community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
