Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking events and industry engagement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions within a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
