Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
