Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings and posting to job boards to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to ensure successful placement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-quality candidates in technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Silicon Valley job market and technical skills (Java, Python, AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume environment.
