Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media to source passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Build a strong network of potential candidates within the Charlotte and Pennsylvania tech communities.
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting hiring targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site interviews and networking events in Charlotte, NC.
