Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using advanced Boolean search and professional networks.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Conducting phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with hiring teams.
- Managing the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and managing high-volume requisitions.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
