Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and debriefs to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requisitions effectively.
