Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, networking, social media) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and manage relationships with top-tier candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and manage the offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and report on weekly progress.
- Attend industry networking events and tech meetups in Charlotte to build employer brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT/Engineering focus).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill positions in a competitive market.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site interviews and networking events.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
