We are looking for a proactive partner who can bridge the gap between exceptional candidates and our cutting-edge technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design compelling job descriptions and interview processes.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source of hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and high performance.
