Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search to identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a full-time capacity.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles (DevOps, SWE, Data, QA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment with high accountability.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
