Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche tech boards.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (Software Engineering, IT, or Data Science preferred).
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, stack, and job market trends in the Detroit area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site client meetings or networking events.
