Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely communication and feedback loops.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Software Development and IT roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical jargon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
