Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, IT, and Data Analysis.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
