Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the Nashville tech sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct effective technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Attend local networking events and job fairs to promote our brand and attract local talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and social recruiting tools.
