Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within tight timelines.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
