Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying passive candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for diverse technical roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, engineering, or QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong network within the Miami tech community or willingness to build one.
