Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, and providing feedback to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
