In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our most critical engineering and product roles. You will have the autonomy to build pipelines, screen top-tier candidates, and drive the hiring strategy that shapes our future.
What You Will Do:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through networking and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define success metrics.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related Human Resources field.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in software engineering, data science, or product roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the tech stack and market trends in the Bay Area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
