Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science roles using advanced Boolean search and SEO strategies.
- Optimize job descriptions and career site content for search engines to improve organic traffic and candidate conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Screen, interview, and negotiate offers with top-tier candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and SEO performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop compelling recruitment marketing copy.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, meta tags, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Experience using sourcing tools (Hiretual, Sourcer, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
