Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, DevOps).
- Sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating technical assessments.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation packages.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates in a competitive market.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing (Recruiting experience required).
- Strong understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle and technical jargon.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and hiring quotas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
