Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events to identify high-quality technical candidates in the Austin area.
- Sourcing & Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skills required in the local job market.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Offer Management: Coordinate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Austin, Texas.
