Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Conduct high-energy phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring lifecycle, from application to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
