Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct structured interviews, including behavioral and technical assessments, to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and optimize the interview process.
- Manage the candidate experience with a focus on speed, transparency, and professionalism.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing channels to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
