As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our company, sourcing top-tier talent for innovative tech companies across the US. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Sourcing candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and professional networking platforms.
- Screening resumes and conducting technical phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media.
- Coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and market trends.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or agency staffing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago tech market and recruitment networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
