Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate personas.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Conduct structured interviews and provide constructive feedback to hiring teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and professional networks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
