Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using various platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and talent community for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or a similar HR role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networking sites for sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
