Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify top-tier technical candidates for open roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit against client requirements.
- Client Relations: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates to management on pipeline status and hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tech stacks (e.g., Python, Java, React), and the SDLC.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
