Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks and industry trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely and transparent communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development and IT roles.
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, AWS, etc.) and the ability to speak the language of developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive closing targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a keen eye for detail.
