Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from job posting to offer extension.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and data.
- Providing regular feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
