About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, from identifying top-tier engineering and IT professionals to closing high-value offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a pipeline of candidates ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including writing compelling job descriptions and conducting effective technical assessments.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requisitions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
