Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from interviewing and assessing skills to negotiating offers and closing hires.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and event participation.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and niche technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and relevant technical stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and engineers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
