Responsibilities
- Souring and screening qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure) using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews during the night shift window.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in the Atlanta market.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines.
- Managing candidate relationships through the full cycle of the recruitment process.
- Posting job descriptions on various platforms and optimizing job ads for maximum visibility.
- Providing market feedback and salary insights to candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including but not limited to Software Development, QA, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
