Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and closing high-level engineering talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Optimize job postings, career site content, and social media channels using advanced SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct technical interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers across the US.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment content with broader brand campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or a related Human Resources field.
- Proven experience with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) applied to recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of modern full-stack technologies (JavaScript, Python, AWS, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
