Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Engineering and IT roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
