Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for open positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing candidate relationships and providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and update candidate data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and internet proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruiting tools and methodologies.
