Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate personas.
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
