Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open Technical and Engineering positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and database of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidate progress and metrics.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
