Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and market positioning.
- Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide market insights to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual recruiting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
