Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and culture fit requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Closing: Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- ATS Proficiency: Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to navigate LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques to find niche talent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
