Responsibilities
- Technical Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- SEO Optimization: Write and optimize job descriptions for search engines to ensure maximum visibility and ranking for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of passive candidates to ensure a steady supply of talent for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our company's digital presence and employer value proposition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage candidates.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix office.
