Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective interview strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of salary trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining a professional and organized workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical or full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the US job market and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
