Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from pipeline building and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical needs and culture fit requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to provide market insights to clients and candidates.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition and high acceptance rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, Staffing, or Human Resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, frameworks (React, Node, Python, etc.), and IT infrastructure.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
