- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and in-person meetings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill positions in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
