Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including software engineering, data science, and IT support.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track pipeline metrics and ensure timely hiring.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a specific timeframe.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and various technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and manage time effectively.
- Experience with recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and social recruiting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
