Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future technical openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Provide weekly updates to the hiring manager regarding candidate activity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, HR, or staffing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented approach to data entry and record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus but not required.
