Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous access to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage candidate experience from initial application to offer extension and onboarding.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with tech stack analysis and candidate profiling.
