Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and social media platforms to identify top talent.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to accurately assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on talent needs and hiring timelines.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely feedback and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and metrics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
