Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective interview panels.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pipeline, provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Negotiation: Navigate compensation discussions and close offers to secure top talent.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social sourcing tools.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet strict deadlines.
