Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive and active candidates in the tech sector.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Market Mapping: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to evaluate technical resumes.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Network: Proven track record of building a strong professional network and generating own leads.
