As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from identifying passive candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify top talent for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of candidates using Greenhouse or similar ATS to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and facilitating background checks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and knowledge of technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
- ATS Proficiency: Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
